For on-line orders we are only able to accept payment by credit card. (Master Card & Visa)


Orders are processed as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of receiving the order. However, orders received during the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed the following business day.

We endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however delivery times may vary depending on transit services, natural disasters and other events out of our control. We expect orders to be delivered within 3days for New Zealand and the expected delivery time for international freight is 5 days.

Please ensure that the delivery address you have entered for your order is correct.

ViBeri will carefully package our products for overseas delivery from New Zealand, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in transit.

We use a flat rate for postage and packaging (P&P) depending on your country of origin. For purchases made in countries outside New Zealand, ViBeri is not responsible for taxes, custom charges, duties and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products.

On-line credit card orders will normally be dispatched the same day or next business day. Orders placed by phone, fax or mail will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.


If your choice turns out to be not what you had in mind just send it back unopened within one week of receipt and we'll happily swap it or provide a refund. The cost of getting the goods back to us is yours but we will cover the cost of sending any replacement to you. Returns should be sent to Viberi NZ ltd, 116 Divans Road, Timaru 7975.

If you think there is a problem with any item in your order please contact us directly with your concerns and we'll make arrangements as necessary. This should be done within thirty days of receiving your order. Please contact us if you require further information.


Viberi NZ Ltd keeps your personal information safe. We take your privacy and security seriously. The server that we store personally identifiable information on is kept in a secure environment. We do not provide any third parties with your personal details unless absolutely required as part of the order fulfilment process (banks or courier companies for example) Your contact information and billing details are needed for Viberi NZ Ltd to create your account and to process and deliver your orders.


Viberi NZ Ltd does not store credit card information on our website or in our database. Your credit card details have the security offered by the ANZ eGate payment technology. This prevents information from being intercepted and protects your credit card number when we store your order. Credit card details are sent directly to the bank via ANZ eGate for processing. No actual card data is held or used by Viberi NZ Ltd.
